Schaeffler covers all linear & rotary motion control needs
At this year’s Drives & Controls exhibition (17-19 April 2012), Schaeffler (stand D1138) will showcase a selection of its linear, rotary and ball roller bearing ranges.
Schaeffler’s linear range includes shaft, track roller and monorail guidance systems; six-, four- and two-row ball guidance systems; linear recirculating ball bearing units; hydrostatic guides; flat cage guidance systems; linear roller bearings; miniature guidance systems; linear actuators and linear tables; ball and planetary roller screws; and a range of linear accessories such as fasteners and connectors.
For designers of automated handling and multi-axis positioning systems, Schaeffler offers a complete range of modular, multi-axis linear components and turnkey handling and positioning systems. Linear actuator options include telescopic and clamping actuators, which enable systems to be matched precisely with the application performance requirements of motors, gearboxes, sensors and controllers. This is supported by services that include planning, design, engineering, purchasing, pre- and final assembly, safety protection, control & programming, transportation of machines, initial machine set up, servicing and maintenance.
Schaeffler will also showcase its comprehensive range of ball bearings and roller bearings, including needle roller bearings, track rollers, bearings for screw drives, insert bearings and housed units, as well as X-life premium quality bearings, designed to provide increased load carrying capacity, higher rigidity, lower operating temperatures and reduced noise levels.
